I was born in 1968 in Los Angeles and I’m the youngest of 8 children. I was saved in 1987 and immediately sensed a call to preach, pastor and plant churches. I have been married to my wife Danielle for 20 years and have 5 children ages 19, 18, 16, 14 and 11. I moved to Baltimore to plant a church that is committed to making and multiplying disciples.

Bill served as a senior pastor for 24 years and is the founder and CEO of Million Mighty Men. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and Dallas Theological Seminary. Bill has authored or collaborated on 22 books, including the best selling Six Battles Every Man Must Win and When Good Men Are Tempted. He also wrote 6 Rules Every Man Must Break, the Jesus experiment, and When Good Men Get Angry. Bill coauthored the business book Give ‘Em the Pickle!, and the Handbook to Leadership. He and his wife, Cindy, live near Portland, Oregon. They have three adult sons and two grandchildren.
Brian has thirty years experience laboring for Christ throughout the New England Region. He has served with The Navigators on campuses, military bases, and in the professional communities of five of the six New England states. In 1995, as part of a strategic alliance of Promise Keepers and The Navigators, Brian joined the staff of Promise Keepers as their New England Area Manager. He served in this capacity unitl 2000, when PK centralized all staff to Denver. Brian was then invited by Vision New England to initiate and direct their new Men’s Ministries focus. The goal of this ministry was to equip local churches to train men for spiritual leadership in their homes,
churches and communities. In 2007 this ministry became IRON SHARPENS IRON.

Phil was a leader and a pastor at North Ft. Worth Baptist Church for 12 years, has served in leadership in several churches, and currently serves as an elder in his church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He brings over 23 years of experience to his work with CPE and Sage Hill.
He now lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with his wife, Sheila, and their son, Luke.

Ricky Jenkins was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. He attended Mississippi College earning a degree in Political Science and a place in the Hall of Fame. He credits his college years as life changing times in which he accepted the call to pastoral ministry. After college, Ricky has enjoyed traveling the country preaching God’s word. In 2001, he moved to Oakland, California, to serve as senior pastor of Emmanuel Church. While serving there Ricky led the church to embrace a new paradigm of community involvement as the church became a hub in its East Oakland neighborhood for outreach to the local community. Ricky also began working for a social justice ministry and organized clergy to amplify the issues of the working poor. As a community organizer, he partnered with hundreds of Bay Area clergy and led rallies, marches, and vigils on behalf of the disenfranchised poor.

Robert Lewis has been a pastor, writer, speaker, and visionary for over forty years. Robert founded the original Men’s Fraternity and developed the Men’s Fraternity curriculum in 1990 while serving as Teaching Pastor and Directional Leader at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. Robert was named Pastor of the Year by the National Coalition of Men’s Ministry in recognition for his efforts to help men discover Authentic Manhood. The original Men’s Fraternity curriculum has impacted more than one million men worldwide in churches, college campuses, corporate boardrooms, and correctional facilities. Men’s Fraternity has also inspired the development of 33 The Series, which is a study of authentic manhood modeled by Jesus Christ in his 33 years on earth.

Don Davis played 11 years in the NFL with four different teams; New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, St. Louis Rams and New England Patriots, where he was a two time Super Bowl Champion. Sensing a call from the Lord to go into full time ministry, Don became Director of NFL Programs for (Pro Athletes Outreach) in 2008. In 2010 Don was hired as a Regional Director of National Football League Players Association.The NFLPA is responsible for the players wages, hours and working conditions as well as educating them on the benefits and programs available to them. Along with being a devoted husband and loving father, Don also speaks regularly with organizations like Iron Sharpens Iron as well as local churches.

He was previously the Men’s Pastor at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California from 1997-2014 and is an expert in the field of men’s issues. He is also the Founder and President of Every Man Ministries which helps churches worldwide to develop and grow healthy men’s communities with the goal to end child abuse, fatherlessness and protect women and children. He has authored and coauthored 21 books, including Every Man, God’s Man, Every Young Man, God’s Man and the Every Man Bible Studies from the best-selling Every Man Series.
