Brian has thirty years experience laboring for Christ throughout the New England Region. He has served with The Navigators on campuses, military bases, and in the professional communities of five of the six New England states. In 1995, as part of a strategic alliance of Promise Keepers and The Navigators, Brian joined the staff of Promise Keepers as their New England Area Manager. He served in this capacity unitl 2000, when PK centralized all staff to Denver. Brian was then invited by Vision New England to initiate and direct their new Men’s Ministries focus. The goal of this ministry was to equip local churches to train men for spiritual leadership in their homes,
churches and communities. In 2007 this ministry became IRON SHARPENS IRON.

Ricky Jenkins was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. He attended Mississippi College earning a degree in Political Science and a place in the Hall of Fame. He credits his college years as life changing times in which he accepted the call to pastoral ministry. After college, Ricky has enjoyed traveling the country preaching God’s word. In 2001, he moved to Oakland, California, to serve as senior pastor of Emmanuel Church. While serving there Ricky led the church to embrace a new paradigm of community involvement as the church became a hub in its East Oakland neighborhood for outreach to the local community. Ricky also began working for a social justice ministry and organized clergy to amplify the issues of the working poor. As a community organizer, he partnered with hundreds of Bay Area clergy and led rallies, marches, and vigils on behalf of the disenfranchised poor.

Robert Lewis has been a pastor, writer, speaker, and visionary for over forty years. Robert founded the original Men’s Fraternity and developed the Men’s Fraternity curriculum in 1990 while serving as Teaching Pastor and Directional Leader at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. Don Davis played 11 years in the NFL with four different teams; New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, St. Louis Rams and New England Patriots, where he was a two time Super Bowl Champion. Sensing a call from the Lord to go into full time ministry, Don became Director of NFL Programs for (Pro Athletes Outreach) in 2008. In 2010 Don was hired as a Regional Director of National Football League Players Association.The NFLPA is responsible for the players wages, hours and working conditions as well as educating them on the benefits and programs available to them. Along with being a devoted husband and loving father, Don also speaks regularly with organizations like Iron Sharpens Iron as well as local churches.
