Tom Cheshire – Executive Director
Tom married December 21, 1982 to his helper and wonderful wife, Jan Cheshire. They have two beautiful daughters Amelia and Lindleigh and they have lived in the Springfield IL area since 1990. Tom served in the USMC 1976-1980 where he developed a passion for aviation, which turned into a 26-year career in corporate aviation that ended in September of 2002. Tom has been in men’s ministry really all his life, but has been in leadership in both his church as the men’s leader and in the Springfield and Central IL community for over two decades.Tom is an elder in his church with oversight in the area of Family ministry, Assimilation and Building management. Tom is a certified Men’s Ministry Coach for the National Coalition of Men’s Ministry, Charter member and in the leadership of the National Conference Ministry Iron Sharpens Iron. Tom is the former President and co-founder of Business Men In Christ (BMIC) located in Springfield IL.
Tom founded RPM, Relevant Practical Ministry for Men, which is designed to be a resource to pastor’s, leadership and men to help equip them to disciple and mature their men, so that they may establish or re-create a sustainable disciple-making ministry to men in their local churches. RPM desires to see EVERY man maturing in Christ in their local church.

The Zuecks

Chad Zueck – Assistant Director
Chad and Marla got married in 1993, and they have two adult kids, Austin and Gracie. So far, they have two grandkids who spark joy whenever they are together. After graduating from Taylorville High School, Chad and Marla left to serve in the US Navy. While serving, Chad gave his life to Jesus Christ in Jacksonville, FL, at 21. Chad’s early discipleship was shaped by a group of men who eagerly pursued the Kingdom of God. Little did he know that this group of men would begin a passion for ministering to men. Following their time away, Chad and Marla moved back to Illinois and graduated from Southern Illinois University. Years later, Chad earned a Master of Arts degree from Liberty University.
Chad went into pastoral ministry in 2005 and has been involved in men’s ministry for over 25 years. Chad has been featured on many podcasts, and his writings have been featured on various men’s blog sites. He also had his ownpodcast, New Kind of Man, which ministered to men worldwide. Chad’s heart is to see men step into their unique roles as men. His vision is to change the world one man at a time. Chad serves as our assistant director at RPM. 
The Easons

Mark “BK” Eason – St. Louis Regional Director
BK has lived in St. Louis Missouri his entire life. Born and raised in Webster Groves, MO, he is a graduate of Webster Groves high school. Mark worked for the Webster school district for 31 years, before retiring in 2011. During that time, God allowed him to develop a youth basketball feeder program. It was also in Webster that BK went on staff with Young Life, a ministry to unchurched high school students. He served with the ministry for seven years, and still maintains relationships with many of the young men he mentored during that time. His work in the community earned him the Heart of Gold Award from the Webster / Shrewsbury Chamber of Commerce. He is also in the Webster Groves Sports Hall of Fame, and a recipient of the Tyke Yates “Good Guy” Award. Currently, Mark is a broadcaster for Webster Groves high school sports on KWRH – LP 92.9 FM in St. Louis. One of his hobbies is magic, and he loves using it to present the gospel in unique ways.
BK married his wife, Tidia, in 2004, and God has blessed them to serve Him together in places and ways they never imagined, with preaching and singing. He calls his wife his personal “song bird”. For the past several years, God has given BK a heart for men’s ministry. He is a minister at Grace Bible Church in Florissant, MO and has served as the Men’s Ministry Leader for the past several years. He has also worked closely with Tom Cheshire, RPM Executive Director, to mobilize men to become equipped and discipled to do God’s work. God has also allowed him to co-lead the North County Pastor’s Group in St. Louis County, which consists of pastors from a diverse group of churches, whose focus is Christ-centered unity amidst diversity.
BK’s life verse is Psalm 119:105 “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path”. His constant desire is to do the work of the Lord and see people come to know Christ.
The Geoslings

Bobbi Jean Geosling
Bobbi Jean met her husband in graduate school at Northern Illinois University and the two moved to Springfield, IL shortly after they were married in 2016. They have a daughter named Kennedy and they serve in various capacities at Delta Church. Bobbi is the women’s ministry coordinator and is passionate about ministries that foster spiritual growth and build the Kingdom.
Prior to stepping into the role of RPM Administrative Assistant, Bobbi Jean taught communication courses and coached college volleyball at Lincoln Christian University. Now, she enjoys being able to stay home with her pre-school aged daughter while working for RPM. She loves creatively using her teaching degrees in the context of women’s ministry.
The Krebs
George Krebs
George grew up in the St. Louis area, attended Millikin University graduating with a degree in chemistry and going to work for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) retiring after 32 years.  While working at the IEPA George also served nine years in the Illinois Army National Guard, being honorably discharged as a sergeant. George and LuCinda “Cindy” were brought together through prayer, marrying on October 16, 1993, in Springfield, IL.  The Lord then blessed them with their son Robbie, who was born in 1997. Robbie currently lives and works in Springfield, IL, while George and Cindy reside in one of the small towns in the area.  George and Cindy are active members at Williamsville Christian Church.  George serves as a deacon while Cindy serves as a Women’s Ministry leader, with both serving in various other capacities.  Cindy and George serve in the hospitality area for the Iron Sharpens Iron Conference.
The Reeds

Coleman Reed
Coleman and Clarissa were high school sweethearts who attended Monmouth College together and were married a month after their college graduation. By God’s grace, He brought them closer together through the local church and continues to cultivate their marriage in His Holy Word and the gathering of the saints. Their son, Joshua, has been an incredible blessing of God’s goodness to their lives.
Coleman serves RPM in the realm of website and graphic management. He serves as an area representative for Central Illinois Fellowship of Christian Athletes in his full-time job.
